Thirsty Thursday presents: What women want The art of negotiating
How do you negotiate effectively – from the big, uncomfortable issues like pay and reward to the day-to-day moments with colleagues or customers or clients – so that you win and they win? ‘What women want' looks at different negotiating styles and what we can learn from them.
And it offers a range of techniques to give you skill and confidence for those times when you have the courage of your convictions but not the nerve to say what you think. Simple, subtle powers of persuasion.
